Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process
  1. Contact our customer service team at info@babylonbyzma.com to initiate your return.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Our team will review your return request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions
  5. Please note that items are shipped back to our supplier's facility, not our physical address
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Return shipping typically costs between 99-249 NOK depending on the package size and destination. Due to our dropshipping fulfilment method, return processing may take longer than traditional retail returns. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed after it reaches our supplier's facility. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

Due to our inventory fulfilment method, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  1. Items marked as "Final Sale"
  2. Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  3. Custom-made or personalized items
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue and cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.

International Returns

Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping delays. International customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process.
